Moral Philosophy & Sport – Hockey Violence

Karen Kyung Fuhrmann †PHL376H1S †February 15, 2013 Fist Fight: The NHL Doesn’t Need Goons Introduction Fighting in NHL hockey is ill-conceived; it's anything but a basic piece of the game and is only unnecessary viciousness. There is no requirement for a â€Å"goon† on the list of any hockey group, and battling ought to be precluded in the NHL.This paper will make the above contention in three sections: the initial segment of the paper will show that such unnecessary savagery is certainly not an essential segment of the structure of the game; the subsequent part will show the counter contention for the legitimation of such viciousness; and the third part will give a nullification of the counter contention. Battling is Illegitimate in NHL Hockey The motivation behind why battling is ill-conceived in NHL hockey is that it is unwarranted violence.Such savagery is ill-conceived as it offers ascend to what Jim Parry calls a certifiable good issue, which happens â⠂¬Å"when viciousness surpasses what is vital for its prosperity, regardless of whether utilized instrumentally or not† (210). In hockey, the essential point is to score the most objectives to win and battling doesn't contribute fundamentally to that point. There are different types of hockey, similar to lake hockey or get hockey, which do exclude fighting.Fighting in NHL hockey is a negligible outcome of a prevailing model of rivalry, where outer prizes must be won by one gathering at the loss of others (McMurtry 205); this is converted into the business model of NHL hockey, and as indicated by McMurtry, â€Å"†¦well-known and methodical pathologies of serious clash †brutality, cheating†¦, etc †are a law-like result of the predominant structure of rivalry and not an issue of rivalry as such† (201).In lowered and free models of rivalry, notwithstanding, such pathologies don't happen (or as regularly) as in prevailing models, on the grounds that there are no ‘zero-sum’ rewards (outside remunerations that lone advantage one gathering to the detriment of others) to spur neurotic conduct like battling. Battling is in this way an inessential piece of the hockey game. It is only a negative impact of the prevailing model of rivalry. The advantages of battling, (for example, terrorizing) don't exceed its drawbacks, (for example, genuine physical injury and sitting around idly) for ecuring triumph †such viciousness surpasses what is expected to succeed and is a certifiable good issue. Counter Argument Fighting happens to deflect future illicit attacks from the rival group and helps keep increasingly perilous play under control. As a matter of first importance, battling fills in as a casual method of social control, since it is close to unimaginable for a ref to see most illicit ambushes (like cross-checking, skewering, and so on ) that happen around corners, nets, or when an official’s back is turned; particularl y with the speed and constant play of hockey (Colburn 168).Colburn states that â€Å"†¦to oblige both these states of the game and furthermore the interest for hard-hitting, contact sort of game, rule-implementation in ice hockey has, to a more noteworthy degree than in some other significant game, been incompletely assigned to individual players† (Colburn168). In addition, battling fills in as an impediment for progressively genuine ambushes (with hockey sticks, and so forth ), as they offer ascent to terrorizing and give masters a psychological favorable position over rival players. Players see battling as more good than ill-conceived attacks (a. k. a. store shots), and battling legitimately gets out such events. In contrast to shameful attacks, there are understood norms for battling known as â€Å"the code†. Such norms for battling insist that solitary two players are permitted to battle at a given time, the two players must give some type of agree to battling , and the two players must drop their gloves. It is a misconception that battling in the NHL is needless brutality and Colburn states that â€Å"†¦formal rules of ice hockey don't concur with the casual, accepted practices held by players as these relate to the meaning of violence† (156).Refutation Fighting doesn't help keep increasingly genuine wounds from happening/repeating, and the issue of precise reconnaissance by officials can be cured by expulsion from the game and future game suspensions. A 2012 article in the Canadian Medical Association expressed that exploration from Boston University School of Medicine has indicated that rehashed head injury can prompt lasting cerebrum harm, and guaranteed that hockey authorities are particularly open to their reliable battling. What researchers†¦ have found in the cerebrums of three conspicuous hockey players †Rick Martin, Reggie Fleming and Bob Probert †ought to be sufficient to influence psyches to force a restriction on all types of purposeful head injury, including battling, alongside extreme obstacle punishments, for example, extensive suspensions for breaches† (Kale 275). With battling and other purposeful head hits, hockey has now been recorded as a game that outcomes in constant horrendous encephalopathy (CTE). CTE is related with memory aggravations, social and character changes, Parkinsonism, and discourse and walk variations from the norm (Kale 275).Moreover, players frequently overestimate the degree of insurance their face covers and protective caps offer. This can be a contributing variable to shameful moves and crazy play, which thusly prompts battling. These variables uncover that battling only contributes affront to injury. End Overall, battling doesn't have a real spot in NHL hockey and figuring in any case can prompt genuine injury for every included gathering. Harsher punishments for illicit ambushes and battling ought to be executed for them two to quit happen ing (prompt evacuation and future game suspension) and expel any unnecessary brutality from NHL hockey.Sources Colburn, Kenneth Jr. â€Å"Honor, custom and brutality in ice hockey. † Canadian Journal of Sociology. 10. 2 (1985). 153-168. Is global warming happening and are humans to blam Essays

Is a dangerous atmospheric devation occurring and are people to fault? These inquiries are being posed to increasingly more as often as possible by individuals who trust Earth's temperature is moving at a disturbing rate. Our planet's regularly changing atmosphere has caught the consideration of the individuals who might concur that without an adjustment in our conduct, we will at last demolish the world we live in. In the accompanying paper, I will depict the causes, impacts and ways we might hinder the impacts of an Earth-wide temperature boost. There are numerous reasons for an unnatural weather change. A portion of the carbon emanations are simply regular, similar to a spring of gushing lava however the vast majority of the carbon outflows are man-made. The most significant reason for an Earth-wide temperature boost are the nursery gasses, the majority of which are created by us people. A portion of the numerous nursery gasses incorporate methane, chlorofluorocarbons, sulfur dioxide, water fume and in particular, carbon dioxide. Nursery gasses has been quickly expanding after the twentieth Century on account of populace development, progresses in innovation and a greater economy. One of the synthetic causes behind a dangerous atmospheric devation is ozone consumption. The ozone layer in the climate is a layer of gas which squares out destructive UV beams from the sun. Step by step the ozone is declining a direct result of the utilization of chlorofluorocarbons. This gas is utilized in numerous spots which incorporate press urized canned products, fridges, and cleaning liquids which step by step discharge this gas. Without a shield to obstruct the UV beams, the nursery gasses ingest it, which at last increment an unnatural weather change. As per look into, it has been evaluated to be an ozone gap which is double the size of Antarctica. The impacts of a dangerous atmospheric devation are getting all the more clear in the ongoing years, as there are more hotspots for ozone harming substance discharges. As per the US topographical study, session 150 icy masses in Montana Glacier National Park have been influenced over the most recent 100 years. In view of fast environmental change, this figure is presently at 20 ice sheets. The Earth is additionally getting hotter. This may seem like something worth being thankful for, however a large number of creature species will cease to exist as a result of to more sweltering temperatures. It has been recorded that the year 2012 was the most sultry year since 1895 and the year 2013 was the most smoking since 1880. This implies there will be longer summers and shorter winters which can upset creature relocation cycles. With hotter climate, there will likewise be an ascent in ocean level on the grounds that there will be more ice softening, particularly in the north and south shaft s. This ascent in ocean levels can make some low-lying and possessed islands lower submerged. Immense degrees of environmental change and a worldwide temperature alteration are making eccentric climate and tropical storms increasingly perilous and amazing. An expansion in worldwide temperature can likewise affect the climate, for example, changes in air flow in the environment, overwhelming tempests, declining ozone layer, event of more tropical storms, floods, dry seasons thus substantially more. There are numerous projects and mindfulness battles needing to diminish the measure of nursery gasses which are controlled by governments, NGOs (non-government associations), business pioneers and private parts. Some harm brought about by of a worldwide temperature alteration can't be switched, for example, softening ice tops. We should attempt to decrease our carbon emanations now .. To diminish nursery gasses overdrive electric or sun oriented controlled vehicles. Rather than consuming coal and other non-renewable energy sources for vitality, we can go to sustainable sources, for example, sun based force, hydroelectric force and wind power. In the event that each nation adjusted to these, we can back off or even stop a worldwide temperature alteration. Taking everything into account, there is almost no uncertainty that a dangerous atmospheric devation will change our atmosphere in the following century. So what are the answers for an Earth-wide temperature boost? In the first place, there must be a worldwide political answer for less carbon outflows. Second, financing for creating modest and clean vitality creation must be expanded, as all monetary advancement depends on expanding vitality utilization. We should not stick every one of our expectations in worldwide legislative issues and clean vitality innovation, so we should plan for the most noticeably terrible and adjust.

Learn How to Delegate Responsibility to Your Employees

]Time is your most precious commodity. No matter how hard you try, you can’t do everything by yourself. Many supervisors avoid delegating responsibilities and the reasons for this vary. Those who have moved up through the ranks of a company may be uncomfortable or simply not used to delegating. Others live by the words â€Å"If you want something done right, do it yourself.† And then there are some who fear delegating may mean being outshined by their employee. Whatever your feelings, as a manager you need to realize that you are not a regular employee, you are a coach. Coaches must understand the importance of teaching, motivating, and taking pride in the performance of their charges. To do this, you must learn how to delegate efficiently and responsibly. Some Things Should Not Be Delegated Never delegate sensitive projects to your employees. If you are in charge of the project because of your expertise, you should complete it yourself. If the project is confidential in any way, be very careful about outsourcing the work. Keep in mind that some jobs need to be done by the person in charge. At the same time, try to avoid delegating only the â€Å"dirty work†. Give your employees something fun and interesting to do once in awhile. Evaluating Employee Abilities There are many things to evaluate before delegating duties. Consider your employees’ skill level, motivation, and dependability. Remember, not every employee is created equal. Certain people will be more efficient than others depending upon the facet in which they thrive. At the same time, try not to typecast your employees. Give them opportunities to broaden their horizons and become more valuable to the team. Matching the proper person to each task can be difficult. Start small and be patient. Providing Clear Instructions When you are assigning unfamiliar duties, be very specific when you explain what you need. By detailing an assignment, you leave no room for confusion and therefore, no room for error. If you have a long list of verbal instructions, type them out. This will give your employee something to refer to when they are performing a task that is unfamiliar to them. If possible, train two people to do the same thing. This way, they can refer to one another for questions, rather than coming to you. It is also essential that your employee has a clear understanding of their authority in each situation. When a decision needs to be made regarding their assignment, should they use their best judgment or should they come to you immediately for clarification? This will be one of your hardest decisions to make because it could mean the difference between success and failure. When in doubt, retain control. Once an employee had proved their capability, give them more responsibility in the decision-making department. Measuring Performance and Controlling Projects Measure the performance of employees and delegated projects. Explain to them how performance will be measured and let the employee know the level of accountability that comes with the task. Clarifying these things beforehand will make everything run much smoother. Large projects may be easier to monitor if they are broken into smaller segments. Spread the assignments throughout your staff and make them report to you after each segment of the project has been finished. Also, get feedback from your employees via meetings and reports. Do this daily, weekly, or monthly. Know what’s going on around you. Staying informed limits the possibility of failure. As a supervisor, you are responsible and accountable for your employees and their work. Coaching Your Staff One of the most important parts of delegation is coaching. When you delegate an assignment, make it clear to them that they can come to you with questions. New tasks can be confusing. Above all, be patient. You should consistently motivate your staff and commend them when they do well. If they complete an assignment, but they don’t do a good job, find out why. Pinpoint what went wrong and take steps to address the issue. On the other hand, when tasks are completed effectively, give your employee the recognition they deserve. Whether it is public recognition or one-on-one, your employee will value being given credit for their work. Doing this not only makes your employee feel good, it will also motivate them to continue their on-the-job success.

The Politics Of The United States - 935 Words

The American government was unique at the time of its founding because it brought back the idea of democracy, which had been a form of government almost non-existent since the Roman Empire. The idea of democracy is simple: citizens participate in politics through voting. This didn’t apply to all citizens; only white male landowners were allowed to vote until the Jacksonian era, when it was expanded to almost all white males. It wasn’t until 1920 that both men and women, black and white could vote -theoretically at least. Even then, America’s democracy isn’t entirely democratic. The reason why America hasn’t reached an ideal democracy, where every citizen gets one vote, and the candidate with more votes wins, is the Electoral College. The Electoral College was put into place to make the voting process more efficient, but has the consequence of isolating the Presidency from the population. The framers of the Constitution believed the American people couldn’t be trusted with electing the President, which may have been true given the education levels of many citizens, and the lack of quick-responding media. Some people may still think the American population isn’t smart enough to elect their own President, but looking at America in an elitist manner undermines the intelligence of the average citizens. Questions: What's Going On? What Are The Facts? What Are The Issues (Non-Ethical)? Who Is Affected? What Are The Ethical Issues And Their Implications? What Can Be Done About It? What Are The Options? Which Option Is The Best And Why? Answers: 1.An IT personnel is confronted by his senior on the deployment of a newly implemented system. According to the senior officials, who speak on behalf the companys CEO, the system should be delivered the coming Monday, however, because the tester of the system is unavailable (she is sick) this objective will not be met. The supervisor to the IT personnel is not satisfied with the impending outcome and mandates that the initial deployment time must be met regardless of the prevailing conditions. Therefore, the supervisor does not consider the state of the tester, who is sick, nor does he account for the system itself. 2.The system cannot be tested effectively based on the current events because the person responsible is unavailable (she is sick). Moreover, based on the tight deadlines and the system itself, the company cannot be able to substitute the sick personnel in order to test the system. Therefore, regardless of the position taken, the system cannot be delivered by the requested date i.e. coming Monday. From this information, the request made by the supervisor requires the IT personnel to break his ethical conduct and deliver the said system in due time, an unethical outcome that could have been met by his predecessor (ACS, 2014). This unethical conduct i.e. delivering an untested system is the only way to guarantee the deadline is met. 3.First, the supervisor does not consider the state of one of his employees who is currently sick. However, far from this obvious ethical issue comes the dilemma faced by the IT personnel himself. On one hand, he can choose to ignore the request by the supervisor and thus wait until the system is tested for it to be presented but, this could cost him his job. On the other hand, he can present the system untested to the CEO and the clients having fudged or falsified the test. Therefore, one ethical issue in this circumstance is the behaviour of the leader i.e. a misleading leader who requires results regardless of the consequences. Secondly, the IT personnel must choose between his career and the common good (Hanson, 2014). 4.First and foremost, the IT personnel who is directly responsible for the outcome of the system. If he yields to the given request the untested system could fail which may result in unimaginable losses for both the client and the company itself. Secondly, we have the supervisor who led by the CEO requires results despite the cost. To him, the system must be delivered in due time (Monday). Thirdly, the CEO who although not directly involved could face many losses in the future if the untested system fails in its current state, which could include losing the trust of his clients (Hanson, 2014). Finally, the users of the system as they will operate with an untested system that may fail based on the nature of the development process. 5.A Misleading leader the supervisor bullies the IT personnel in order to force the deadline. This could affect the work of the personnel leading to more problems other than those related to the system. Furthermore, to meet the deadline, the developers will have to cut corners which would again affect the overall performance of the system (ACS, 2014). The implications? Professionalism is lost on behalf of the workers who from now on could occasionally break their ethical conduct because the organization seems to reward it. Furthermore, the untested system can develop faults/problems leading to losses for both the developing company and the users. The users will lose the resources they spent on the system and may have to develop an alternative or even source additional resources to fix. Moreover, if the system fails the trust and integrity developed with the clients is lost (Henson, 2014). 6.In this scenario, the choices to a large extent depend on the IT personnel as he holds the keys to the system. For one, he can stand his ground and present his case to the supervisor and CEO. This step would help maintain his integrity, trustworthiness and professionalism to both the organization as well as the client (ACS, 2014). In essence, this is the answer to the ethical dilemma of choosing between his career and the common good. Secondly, both the organization can develop an amicable solution with the clients on the steps to take based on the prevailing conditions i.e. a member of the developing team is unavailable. Therefore, the company must inform the client in advance in order to maintain a good working relationship, which further improves trust and their integrity. 7.From the IT personnel perspective: One, deploy the system having met the wishes of the supervisor, however, this breaks all ethical codes. Two, he stands his ground regardless of the consequences i.e. losing his job. Three, develop an amicable solution that could see the system deployed in due time even though it might fall short of the set deadline. The company: Deliver an untested system. Develop a solution for the prevailing situation by contacting the clients and developing an alternative that fits their timeline 8.From the previous section, the best option would be to develop an alternative solution that would see the system tested accordingly either by the sick employee (after recovery) or by another personnel holding the necessary credentials. Furthermore, since the set deadline cannot be met, the client must be contacted in advance to inform them of the impending outcome. This action may disappoint the clients however, it would help in maintaining the trust and integrity developed throughout the years. Moreover, it ensures the system maintain the utmost standards, a critical item for all modern digital systems that are faced with many operational parameters. Analyzes protagonists shallow life redemptive death role of his servant in his spiritual awakening. The study will argue basically that Ivan lived a shallow life ruled by selfishness and materialism, incurred a mysterious illness, and just before his death underwent a spiritual conversion marked by clearly Christian references. Anesthesiology Essays - Anesthesia, , Term Papers

Anesthesiology CRNA 2 CRNA. History and Definition of Nursings First Clinical Specialty Ether. Who would have thought that a small carbon based organic compound such as ether would spawn a new field of medical specializations, changing the history of medicine for ever. Ether was discovered in 1275 by a Spanish chemist named Raymundus Lullius,(Evans,1995,p 1). It was his discovery that allowed William E. Clark to use ether as an anesthetic for the first time in 1842. He administered the ether on a dental patient for Elijah Pope as he performed a dental extraction on Miss Hobbie,(Evans,1995.p 1). This was the first step in the creation of the field of anesthesia. This new technology was quickly put to use to relieve pain in all areas of medicine, and its use was seen in hospital operating rooms, dentists' offices and battle fields. This new practice in medicine was primarily taken on by the physicians of that time. This new method added to a doctors routine of operating on patients, this proved to be to taxing on the doctor as well as their patients. The added burden of administering the anesthetics along with doing the operation and resuscitation of the patient safely was too much for the doctors. This fact was proven by the increase in mortality rates of patients put under by doctors who administered their own anesthetic. The increasing mortality rates forced the medical proffesion to demanded a change in how anesthesia was given. It was thought that the person administering the anesthetic should do that and only that during an operation. This would free up the physicians so that they could concentrate on the operation at hand. The remaining question was, who do we get to administer the anesthesia? This person would have already be trained in some aspect of the medical field and demonstrate good critical thou ght and good cognitive reasoning. The doctors only needed to look up from the operating table and to their assistants in health care CRNA 3 to get their answer, it was the nurse. From that moment on the first specialization in clinical nursing was born and those in that specialty were named nurse anesthetists,(Thatcher,1952,p11). The earliest documentation of anesthetic care given to a patient by a nurse was the work done by Sister Mary Bernard in 1887. She was a catholic nun who worked at the St. Vincent hospital in Erie Pennsylvania,(Thatcher,1952,p 12). The nurse anesthetists of that time were trained by physicians at first, but as time went on the nurses took a more active role in the study and research of anesthetics and eventually surpassed their teachers in the field of anesthesiology. This advance led to role reversal, where the teacher became the student and the student became the teacher. By 1909 the first formal educational program designed for nurse anesthetists was started at St. Vincents Hospital in Portland Oregon,(Evans,1995,p 3). Upon graduation from the school, the nurse anesthetists were placed in all sorts of settings. Most impressive were the teaching positions held by nurses in the medical schools of that time. They became the primary instructors of anesthetic to medical students. The nu rse anesthetist also held positions in the battlefields. During World War One, the American nurse anesthetist was the primary health giver to troops in the European theaters of combat. While at war the American nurses influenced other foreign nurses and that led to the spread of nurse anesthetists throughout the world. With the wars came a sharp increase in the demand of anesthetists, and this in turn increased the number of institutions needed for training and broadened the criteria for educating the nurses. By the end of war it was evident that the nurse anesthetist was an invaluable profession that had established itself as one of the most important of all in medicine. With all of this growth and evolution it became necessary that the profession of nurse anesthetists needed to have some structure and governance. On June 17, 1931 the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists CRNA 4 (AANA), wasformed and held its first meeting. From that point on the nurse anesthetist had a new na me, they were also known as Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, (CRNA). Up until World War Two, anesthesia was considered

Common Argumentative Essay Topics

Common Argumentative Essay TopicsWriting a persuasive essay is important for any college student, but writing a persuasive essay with several argumentative topic ideas can become quite difficult. Your list of topics should be written in such a way that it is difficult to debate them with your friends and classmates. The key to making this work is to include topics that have little or no conflict between the actual essay and what you're trying to argue. Below are some examples of argumentative essay topics that may prove useful to students. This is a common debate practice. The argument that tends to go against this premise is that facts are not facts until proven wrong by data. This may seem like a valid point on its face, but it's only when all the facts are gathered into one's own opinion that one is in possession of a valid point. Arguing a specific point will only lead to debate, and the premise is not completely violated.Another reason that fact vs. opinion are important is that fact leads to results, while opinion simply states the main points and offers little in terms of proof. The argument about the potential invasion of privacy by businesses in general is a good example of an argumentative essay topic. There are many different opinions about this issue, and it would take a great deal of time to try to discuss all of them. Arguing about the facts in this article would just be very impractical.Get an opinion. This is the main point of the argument in this essay. The idea here is that people get excited about issues where their views are challenged, and the approach presented in this piece tries to provide this excitement for readers by focusing on the possibilities. Since this is an opinion piece, it is understandable that the actual information may not be 100% accurate, but this is also the same reason why people are allowed to express their opinions on certain subjects and not others. No discussion about the world can be successful without discussing th e basic principles of organization. When the evidence is compiled, then both sides are provided with the information they want, and the argument is complete. Arguments about the best organization principles need to be given to the students because this is what causes the discussion to get started in the first place. In this case, it is easy to see how this is an argumentative essay topic because there is a clear topic that gets people talking, and the arguments for and against each principle are given. This one is one of the most used examples in history, since history suggests that political correctness is generally a sign of weak people who lack the intellectual integrity to come up with a proper argument. The topic in this case is racism. It's rather obvious that race is an extremely important part of society. Arguing a specific point in this case is likely to get your article downgraded in the eyes of most readers, but the question that begs to be asked is whether the conclusions are correct or not.For the last example, we will look at one of the problems associated with life after death, as well as a more practical conclusion. Since this one has a few reasons, it can easily be adapted for every topic as long as the topics are covered in an acceptable manner. Although the conclusion will be controversial, it is safe to assume that most people who are not believers in the idea of life after death will probably agree with the arguments presented. These are some of the more commonly discussed essay topics in the class that are worth writing a persuasive essay about. Many students use these topics as a stepping stone toward better essays, but these are not always the best ideas to write for the purposes of giving a persuasive essay. Other topics that are worth considering include: dating advice, war, war veterans, crime, and politics.

In the 1990s the personal computer revolution turn Essays

In the 1990s the personal computer revolution turn Essays Tv In the 1990s the personal computer revolution turned into the social computer revolution. The thrill of having sophisticated computer power on your desktop turned out to be just the beginning, once your machine could connect to everyone else's via telephone lines. There is a global computer the size of humanity taking shape. Now that everybody can publish their own interests to a world audience on the Net, we learn irreversibly that the world is far stranger and more interesting that we would ever guess from magazines, books and broadcast media. Our sense of the world is altered and, oddly enough, in an optimistic direction. Two simple-seeming devices search engines and links have made search-space on the Internet more exciting than outer space. It is more current and diverse than any encyclopedia, and it's inhabited with real people. However remote-seeming your query with a search service like Alta Vista, within minutes you find yourself on the home page of someone who has made that subject their life's obsession. What he or she has to say raises questions you would never have thought to ask. And they provide links to even more astounding sources. Web surfers experience a giddy sensation of boundless variety and boundless possibility. How the world talks to itself is permanently changed. In the jargon, it has shifted from one-to-one (telephone) and one-to-many (broadcast) to many-to-many (the Net). Power is taken from the editors and distributors in huge over-cautious corporations and handed to no-longer-passive, radical everyone. Individuals on the Net initiate and control content to suit themselves and those they can interest. (This makes governments nervous.) The Net is an antidote to broadcast news. The news tells you about a shocking earthquake and you're depressed. The Net gives you the people who are helping the earthquake victims and provides firsthand reports: I was out in the garden when it hit, and I noticed that suddenly the ground was covered with earthworms. Some have described most activity on the Net as merely vanity publishing or advertising. Those are left-over broadcast terms whose meaning is changed in the Net environment. Grass-roots advertising is what assembles new communities of interest and whole new ecologies of knowledge. If we had any idea how wildly interesting vanity publishing could be when it is cheap and plentiful, we would never have condemned it.
